Humidifier – Try this if you have dry throat. Humidifier remains as moist around it, this is effective because of the warm environment inside your home that causes your mucous membranes to get dry.
Garlic – Try this if you have an itchy throat. The pungent bulb consisting of “tremendous immune-stimulating effects” known with its antimicrobial and antibacterial qualities that helps our body against infection that cause sore throat, its the compound called allicin that will expose when it is sliced.
Zinc Lozenges – Try this when you feel pain with your throat and stuffy nose at least once in every 4 hours. It helps protects form those tissues and when the zinc ions gets melted it will goes up to your nose and stops the virus.
Warm Salt Water – Try this for painful and itchy throat. This solution is soothing and can kill bacteria in the throat. It can help increase blood flow to carry infection-fighting cells to the throat to speed recovery. You don’t want to burn your throat so make sure you have heated it enough before drinking it.
Herbal Tea – Try this if your having pain with your throat for the whole day. Herbal varieties has some immune booster that helps release protective mucous in your throat.
