Ways to bath a newborn baby

Importance:

1. Cleans the body of your baby.
2. Makes your baby feel comfprtable.
3. Tempers down your baby body temperature.

Things to avoid:

1. If the navel is not fully cured.
2. If the baby is sick
3. If the circumcision is not fully cured.

Things needed
1. A basin with water in a 98 – 100F temperature
2. soft clothe
3. soft towel for having the baby dry
4. diaper cloth
5. powder, lotion, oil, whatever you like
6. rounded cotton and cotton applicator
7. alcohol
8. Any soap but strong

Ways to bath your baby

1. Bath your baby at time you used to, it would be better before his morning meal.
2. The room must me at least hot that no winds cannot enter through doors or windows.
3. Gather all necessary things needed in his bed and make sure it doesn’t gets wet.
4. Make sure the water is in 98 – 100F temprature.
5. Place the towel beside and wrap the baby, remove first its diaper clothe.
6. Wrap his arms and legs with a towel, with oyur left hand hold gentle his head, cover his ears.
7. Wash his head and back and pour on his head gently with soap the wash it after.
8. Wipe him up with a dry soft towel.
9. Prepare the cotton balls to be used in washing his eyes, nose and surrounding the mouth.
10. Clean his face and neck with a cloth soaked in fairly hot water and never soap wash his face.
11. Have his face, neck and ears stay dry with a soft towel.
12. Clean his navel part with applicator soaked in alcohol but have the cotton dry.
13. Apply small amount of powder and lotion. have him wear a clean diaper cloth. Apply lotion to his skin if its dry already.
14. Secure your baby in a very clean room, have him feed.
